The article was written by the founder of SectorForce and published in 2010 by Government Technology Magazine. SectorForce will  update the content to create a "then and now" scenario for solutions storytelling that will focus on public interest technology and objectively illuminate the processes, outcomes and impact of social entrepreneurship in rural America, across the United States and around the world.

The content will inform and illuminate the processes, outcomes and  impact of Social Entrepreneurship in rural America. Our objective is to create a replicable place-based model that demonstrates the justification for additional funding to support the growth and sustainability of diverse and large-scale social entrepreneurship initiatives.
