Sectorforce invites national and global collaborations in order to advance and broaden the socioeconomic programs outlined below.
This report is an excellent guide, which we use to break down the silos that challenge human capital and community economic development development in opportunity zones. In the process, we facilitate collaborations among diverse stakeholders who may not ordinarily communicate yet have interrelated socioeconomic goals and objectives. Our work includes the creation of a holistic continuum of non-traditional apprenticeships, early college high schools, career academies, sector-based workforce initiatives and the new collar jobs initiative. https://www.kansascityfed.org/community/workforce/engaging-workforce-cra-framework
In accordance with the final report of the Task Force on Apprenticeship Expansion, Sectorforce is collaborating with cross-sector brand leaders to advance "Banking on Apprenticeship in Opportunity Zones", a brand campaign designed to create awareness that industry-recognized apprenticeship programs can be structured to provide significant socioeconomic benefits to low-and-moderate-income individuals and communities in opportunity zones through CRA compliance programs.
